[Lumiera] Which timecode formats do we want?

Personally I wouldn't discard this (unless it's really necessary). 
although not strictly relevant to video it may be useful for people 
syncing to audio apps (jack?) or maybe doing video for pre-existing 
music (like a video clip or similar)
this of course just my 2 cents.
