[Lumiera] website redesign tasks

CSS hacking, sounds fun.

I'm going to ask this question rather than research because it will
likely be faster:

Can we use a stirpped-down templating system (like the top-end of a
wiki) to handle layout? Or is it more important to have nothing
between ascii and the site?
