[Lumiera] Test installation lumiera in Mandriva distribution

Hi,

My computer is a laptop with Dualcore 1.66 GHz, 1 Go RAM, graphic card Nvidia 
7300 and Mandriva distribution.

I consulted http://www.pipapo.org/pipawiki/Lumiera/NewbiesTutorials, the web 
page for the test installation.

I installed more packages than explain the turorial. And this is What i did :

# urpmi autoconf libboost-dev libtool libgavl-dev libglade2-dev libgdl-1-dev 
libgtkmm-2.4-dev libxv-dev valgrind librsvg2-dev git-core automake 
libsigc++2.0-devel libgtkmm2.4-devel libgdl-devel

And after i did like the tutorial explains. But at these steps :


git clone git://git.lumiera.org/LUMIERA //no problem//
cd LUMIERA //no problem//
autoreconf -fi //no problem//
mkdir build //no problem//
cd build //no problem//

i've got the error message at this step :

../configure

// checking for XvQueryAdaptors in -lXv... yes
checking for NOBUG_LUMIERA... no
configure: error: NoBug pkg-config metadata missing  
(http://www.pipapo.org/pipawiki/NoBug)
//

make // no cible //


So, the installation stopped at this point. I tried to install DPKG-devel but 
there is no access in Mandriva to get this package.

Where is the good way ?
