[Lumiera] The Build is Fixed

Hi All,

Some of you have been trying to build LUMIERA master which ichthyo and I
managed to break between us. I've fixed LUMIERA automake now (scons is
still a little flakey with linking), just make sure you git clone
git://git.lumiera.org/gdl-package, make and install.

Let me know if there are problems
